Blue Water Ride?

I am not on the South side much but I see a blue water route listed from time to time. It seem to be in Freeport or Galveston.
What is this route roughly?
Does anybody have it on a map?

Thanks...

personally I think it is over rated. Its nice to ride once though. Cars kick up sand, speed limit is 40, only a couple curves but with possible sand you dont want to risk it anyways, water is not blue, you cant see the water most of the way anyways. Toll bridge is 2.00 so have cash with you.

If you find blue water, please let us know.

It's actually a pretty decent ride if you want to spend some time in Galveston.
