NEED EVERYONES OPINION

Ok, I was talking to Juice on myspace. Well we were talking about how I should get my 50 done with already. Well I have a knock off I got off my friend for 50 bucks. It only needed a rear rim which i finally got, and a stator which need to meet up with josh for. Now I can finish the bike finally. My question is that I also have a honda 50, the thing is I gave it to my son 2yrs back. He doesn't really ride it, still a little bit scared of it. Should I use it for stunts and finish the knock off for him to use while he learns to ride it. I just feel like I am sort of cheating him of the gift I gave him. So what does everyone think I should do? I need everyones opinion to see if I should go and start on the honda and convert or finish up the other one to put on the street. Thanks for the info

I bought a 50cc four wheeler for my son. He never really rode it (still doesn't) so I whored it out and ride wheelies all over the neighborhood. He can still ride it if he wants, I just put it to use while he doesn't.

save the knock off for him... he won't know the difference, a motorcycle is a motorcyle to a kid. , i'll still ride whatever motorcycle is given to me

Sounds like a good plan, I just also have two others that sit there. The knock off is almost ready to go. The other I have to have someone help get my tranny out and see what is wrong with it. But I might just use it still, like you said use while he doesn't. I can't see it just going to waste sitting there.

I was going to ask how old your son is, but I guess he is about 6 y/o ? I think he's getting to the age that he might get mad even if he doesn't ride it. I would ride it around a little, and see how he reacts to you riding it. I have no kids, so I can't personally relate to your situation, but you asked for opinions!

well yea he is 6yo, and he doesn't really mind. He is scared still but is getting the confidence to want to ride. I also have a electric pocket bike that looks like the honda rc51. that is his also, he wants to ride it and get used to it so he can ride his dirtbike when he is ready. he is smart for a lil kid knows to crawl before walking. so that is the good thing about it, plus i dont' think he would mind if he got the other one, cuz i painted it like the corona colors it is blue frame going to have yellow plastics and white wheels. now he wants my corona bike

Cody, I am not going to sell the honda. I got it for my boy just trying to see if I should use for a stunt bike. Well I asked him and he is ok with the idea, he might want to learn on now.
