Clyde I would personally rather get an 04-05 before I got 06-7. The 06-07 bike will drag hard parts the earliest of all liters. I am going to be picking up an 08 as soon as they are available, so you can try the 08 before you buy

I would wait until all the 2008 models are revealed before making a decision. Hopefully all the '08's will be at the Cycle World Show.

the 08 have have side exhausts that's reason enough to get one of those over the curent models. then again the 04-05 looked better than both of them.

I would say no to 06' zx 10. Was not impressed with that bike at all. Especially at that price. The thing hardly wheelies and feels heavy. Get a k5 or k6 gixxer 1k or a CBR 1000 both are WAY better bikes in my opinion than the 06 zx10. The 05 zx10 is a better bike than the 06 imo.

it's hard to wheelie but the front end will come up at 130mph.
