RIP Eddie Ray (this is in 409 area)

Thursday at 4:02 pm, Officers of the Orange Police Department were dispatched to the 4300 block of Kitty Chapin in regards to a major accident. Upon arrival officers found that an ATV had rolled over 13 year old Eddie Ray of Orange. He passed away from his head injuries after being flown to Galveston by helicopter.
