The best thing to remember when attempting to push starting your bike when you battery is dead is the following:

yes its possible we've done it before... but you'd be surprised how much momentum you have to have to turn over the bike's little engine (the high compression prolly has something to do with that). I dunno if one person could do it on level ground, but I've seen 1 person do it coasting down a hill, and we did my friends 2 or 3 times with 3 ppl when his honda was having electrical problems on a ride we took.

where did they put the tow strap on anyway? the fork? it looks like it yanked the fork sideways. smart.

that's what you should do if your battery dies out, or slow charge the battery.

but it's pretty idiotic to pull start a bike like that, only takes an extra set of feet to help push the bike, 2nd gear, and drop the clutch once you get some momentum
