I agree.... but wait, has anyone ever actually done that before?? It probably wouldnt be that hard

you gotta ask yourself:

is this just about this decision, or many more to come?

are you gonna have a stock bike your whole life cuz you chose a wife, and regret it? or are you gonna have a nice bike and never have a woman that is more than a girlfriend?

fyi.....i spent more on the ring than i did my bike.

if you decide to get the ring instead of the exhaust (like you should), i'll get you in touch with the guys that did my custom ring. of a job all the way through start to finish

do your research, so you dont get screwed on getting a ring.

Buy the ring bro, make her a happy woman. If she's happy then she will let you get your toys. Haven't you figured it out, it's all about making them happy. Just make sure she is the right one.

Good Luck

QUICKSAVEME congrats on your decision. Sounds like you made the right choice in my opinion. I've been with my wife a little over 3 years, married just over 1 year, just had a baby 3 months ago, and it seems to just get better and better. Sounds like you have thought this through and are doing it for all the right reasons. I know one year isn't a long time, neither is 3, but it seems things get better every day. If you can truly go every day and not ever second guess your decision, I think it is right.

I booked a vacation for her and I to Walt Disney World in Florida the day after she graduates from the University of Texas (). Her dream has been to be proposed to at Disney World so I'm going to do my best to make at least that dream come true. I have been dating her for the last 3 years, and before that we hooked up for a little while in highschool when we met in summer school but it didn't last long.

Anyway, enough of the ranting. I figure, I love my bike, but if I don't have someone I love telling me how hot I look on the bike, then whats the use?

Besides, marraige is about sacrifices. She is the only girl that comes to mind that is worth sacrificing a motorcycle for, I'm glad she has never tried to make me. I've watched my parents be happier than any couple I've ever seen, married for 24 years with 4 children, 3 in college and 1 in high school.

So sorry for the long post, but I just thought I'de share with my future milestone in life
so you scarficed the ring and put it off for the exhaust?

my gf knows better than that... she tried pulling that one after she hit me with the car on the bike and i told her that i have to have a bike, i've had one all my life and that is part of what makes me be me, and that is why she loves me... i'd change without my bike and she may not love me anymore because of it. so i got another bike and haven't heard anything since. but she knows not to make me choose, the right girl for me WANTS me to have a bike and loves it as much as i do. so if she doesn't want me to have it, she's not the right girl for me
