hope youre talking about the cop, I don't see how she is personally liable... vicarious liability: while acting in the scope of her employment, mcdonalds is responsible for her actions.

she just needs a lawyer even public defender should be able to dismiss that one. I hope they suspend the cop without pay.. what a ****ing douce bag. I like her comment "if it was too salty why did he eat the whole thing?"
