Beaumont rider killed

A cousin called me this morning before I left for work to make sure I was alright. Said he heard on the radio a guy got slammed head on on his bike.

Here's the story.

http://www.kfdm.com/news/woman_22199..._accident.html

Sorry to hear. Luckily the lady was charged with Intoxicated manslaughter.

Tim

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

Just recently I've had several instances where the driver isn't looking, usually on the cell phone and usually a woman (sorry no offense) and they come right over into my lane.

At least give me a wave and let me know you weren't trying to run me off the road...

reminder: Motorcycles are invisible to cars

and she was only 26. i know i wasn't there but seems kind of odd that he didn't have enough time to react to a car coming onto the fwy the wrong way?

RIP...i hate drunk drivers!!! why bother driving when you are messed up (whether it be on controlled substances or alcohol)? why not just sit back and relax somewhere instead of being behind the wheel?
