Great idea

For those of you that don't know, the VBB feedback rating is very similar to ebay. You click someone's rating and if you've purchased or sold to them you go through the options and tell about your experience so future consumers know whether it is a good seller or not

I think its for more than just selling. Seems like I joined a chat forum long ago not a popularity contest.

That is just my opinion. Not trying to bust . Just seems like most content on this board is general meaningless chat. Why rate the users for general useless banter. What use is the system suppose to accomplish? Maybe if there is a use that I do not recognize for it. I am open minded.

Do you read with your eyes open or closed?

The feedback rating is strictly used to rate a transaction you've had with another member. Be it you were the buyer or seller. Click my "0" next to my feedback rating and maybe that will help you understand.

When I looked when it first popped up it looked a little different and did not specify for seller or buyer (unless I just did not see it). I stand corrected but is it necessary to have the rating under our avatar ? why not just in our profile?

VBB may have it set that way, that's the only way I've ever seen it done.

Can you give negative feedback? I can see many ways this can get abused.

When negative feedback is given, we're notified, and we will look into it.

Anything mysterious we'll look into it. But most of all, if something isnt right, just contact me or solracer.
