Insurance Question

Anyone have any idea how much a 92 in a 65 ticket will affect insurance? Liability only, 19 years old.

Get a lawyer, try to get it dismissed, plead down to DSC or deferrerd.
Good luck!

Not as expensive of a ticket like that on your insurance for the next few years, plus the fine. Most Lawyers are $100-200.00

when my daughter got a ticket for the same speeds as you stated I believe the fine and court costs were something like $300 or a little more.

Wish I had gotten them when I had the chance, too late now that I already have the ticket though

New law out i seen that anything over 95mph can not be fixed by taking defensive driving.

Thanks for the name. I was only doing 92(when he clocked me), but I have already taken defensive driving this year, and I was over 25 over the limit

Haha, nice. I wish...I just contacted a judge in Willis and he's going to do it for $135. I don't even have to show up for court...weird, I'm new to all this.

I got deferred, so I have to send them $170 and be good for the next 90 days

Now I am just waiting on my next court date on October 25th for Precinct 5.
