I like it. Think it would look much better in person. Stock pipes usually ruin the looks on bikes. Do another one..... minus the pipe?

2008 Honda CBR1000RR: Cloaked In Secrecy
by dean adams
Thursday, September 06, 2007
Honda debuted a bunch of new models to the dealers last night but one that they did not unveil to their dealers is the 2008 CBR1000RR. We're told that no public unveiling is planned.

Presumably, Honda does not want their competitors to see the all new CBR1000--which is said to be a major change from previous 1000RR models--until September 28.

There are at least two 2008 CBR1000RRs at the Anaheim show, but they are kept in a safe room, and we're told dealers can only view the bikes after security makes sure that they do not have any type of camera on their person.

The gixxer 1K's have always had speed, but when they changed the design in 05 it was the bike was on rails through the corners as opposed to the models before it. I went from an 03 to an 05 and it was like a whole different bike.

The 2007s looked so sweet. Are the designers losing their mind?

I don't like the black forks, the exposed frame, the obvious division of the tank nor the chunky exhaust.
