More Tire Advice

Well, I seem to have a nail in my rear tire. It's a small nail. I don't know what I should do. It's a fairly new tire. Should I replace the tire or try to patch it or what?

Also, I need a new front tire, it's worn down to the tread indicators.

I would go for a new set. I recently picked up a nail in my fairly new rear tire. I plugged it to get it home, then replaced the set. I also needed a front tire.

I had a nail about a month ago and rather risk it I went out and bought a new tire. I got a michelin pro pilot for $160 and they mounted it free. I was due for a new tired anyways.

If ya really can't afford another $170 tire right now, then patch it until you CAN get a new one.

The nail that is stuck in the tire is very small in diameter. About the size of an eye of a needle.

Ok. So I finally ended up getting a new set of tires. I saved my rear tired so I could use for an emergency tire. But, today I was inspecting it and I replaced this tire because there was a nail in it, as I was looking at it I noticed a second nail in the tire. It must have been there for a long time, because there is no sign on the outside of the tire that it is there but inside you can see it, it's about half an inch long and the other nail in my tire is about two inches long. Well, I don't have to worry about it now because I got a new tire.
