Fastest Lap @ Miller Motorsports Park

Was set by Shane Mcgoey

http://www.shanemcgoey.com/

1.36.3 was his fastest lap and the bike is mostly stock

his fathers two cents from a post on kawiforums:

"Yea Shane's bike is so slow that he set the fastest lap this year at the Miller Motorsports East track for a 600cc bike last weekend with a 1:36.3. That same weekend they were racing 250cc GP bikes with the USGPRU, but they could only manage 1:37s. Yep the 07 is mighty slow. The 636s could only get into the 1:42s.... oh yea, there were 7 07 R6s on the Grid.... they were getting into the 1:39s"

Very impressive he is going to be a fast rider when he gets in to the AMA.

I was commenting on the original version of your post.

The quote and stuff you added at least gives a bit of context to what the lap times are. MMP is not local to me/us so it's not that familiar. Especially all the different configurations that can be run. No idea what the East Track layout is.

Ahh I see, either way this kid is ridiculously fast. He started racing April 1st this year and all ready has 23 first place finishes, 9 second places and 5 thirds. Must be nice to always podium.

Yeah, I was just reading that stuff on his site. Impressive. It says he's going to be bumped to expert for the next race. That should be interesting.
