ya, i'd imagine so, look at that new fatty expansion chamber, and looks like new silencer. those will definately help her breath. where'd you pick up all the new goodies?

is it all new:
  • complete plastics?
  • pro taper bars?
  • full exhaust?
  • graphics?
  • hand guards?
  • new chain and rear sprocket?

what else?

Yep all of the above + jetting changes & 9oz. flywheel wheight, I wanted to keep it relatively stock since my 16yr. old daughter will be the one riding it most. I scavenged around online for most of the parts buying from various places wherever I got the best deal. Motorcycles Unlimited did the forks

I bet she was stoked, are you bringing it out tommorow? I think I will bring out the KDX for a loop or 2. I think it looks great, but your chain looks too tight.

Well, as you know the bike was basically mechanically sound but needed a little attention & cosmetic work...Lets just say my original guess was a bit lean since I added a few "extras" Not sure about the cost of upgrades yet but I'm thinking a little under what I paid for the bike, timewise- a few days & worth every penny/minute for the time spent last weekend working on it with my daughter & the huge grin on her face upon seeing the finished product.

I know, we had just slapped it together & wheeled it out to the front yard to get pics before it rained... fine tuning yet to be done.
