I would love to have had that kind of a ride to school each day when I was a kid. It certainly would have made going to school more fun!

They seem to be missing something there though. If it is designed to make the trek from one side to the other easier, and it is a two way system, then someone seems to have left out the part that there is going to be at least one uphill climb required each day. You can't get a free ride from gravity BOTH directions. Somewhere you're going to have to restore the required potential energy on which the system relies.
