The Best Home Turbo Mod Ever

Check out what this fool did to his turbo because it was too big.

Some people should never be given a socket set or a welder.

that is ridiculous....his hack job will come apart the first time the turbo starts to spin and if it doesn't the bearings in the turbo won't last more than about a day probably due to the imbalance....

Why in the did he do that? I don't see how that "design" (if you can call it that) of the fins will improve it. If it would, don't ya think it would come like that already? Like one of them said, it's not my turbo, so whatever.

Looking at the forum, he has already run it multiple times. I agree, it can't last long, but he has already spooled it pretty good multiple times. I wonder if he realizes its not just the turbo that is going to be toast?

That is the dumbest thing I've seen in a while. That can't last long at all. I was at a race couple yrs ago and dumbass me left the car out of the trailer overnight and someone savataged my turbo =( Dunno if they threw something in it or just bend an impeller blade. those things sping like 50,000 RPM's so just have a blade slightly bent will cause catostrophic damage. My turbo got destroyed to a billion small peices... thankfully it all got trapped in my intercooler before any made it into the engine
