why don't you look into old bus barn's or such... the best "taco" stand i have eaten at where made from old school buses and such, that way you can drive it not tow it, and there is a larger area inside to have a nice stove/oven/sink ect.

nah im looking to get the tow type, because the fact i wont really use it much maybe 3-4 times a week for some hours at a time, and the home owners cant give me about it in my driveway, rather than have a big bus parked there.plus as health department says it cant have any tables,or such outside or stools ,it needs to be mobile and i just want to start out with the trailer then later if it all goes well ill get a place at a strip mall or something. just trying to give my children something so when they grow up they have something for them already.

There's one at the corner of Shepherd and I-10, right next to the old ABC auto parts / salvage yard. It already has an established customer base, accepts CREDIT CRADS - if you can believe that, and is fully stocked with food and appliances.

It has a trailer hitch - so you could drive up, hitch and go. All you need then is to find a new location where the previous "owners" never see it!

J/K obviously.
