I might be able to still, but I was so0o0o0o much lighter and I had so much more muscle mass... I was able to do the leg bench press over 350lbs+ in middle/high school, ran 5min miles .... Now??!?!?! I'd throw up and pass out from it all.

i can help spot you if you ever want to see if you can still do it... back handsprings and back flips is one of a workout!!
