I use 15 or 20... I love lunges!!

What used to kill me was holding a 20lbs weight and putting your back agaisnt the wall like you're sitting down for a few minutes...

for legs I do, deadlifts, squats, lunges. all free wieghts, no machines, oh and calf raises. But I just started back, had been over 1 1/2 years since I worked out. Sucks when you ride, because you are so weak on the way back. lol.

yes, but by far the most sore i have ever been was from cheerleading practice in college. our coach made the guys do 50 standing backflips per practice. after about 20 you need a spotter. THAT T HURTS!!!!
