Very sad.

+1 wear the gear
+1 for the guy who stayed - hope he doesn't get punished more than he already is.
+1 the guy that left is <insert insult here>

Although, I do admit to parking adjustments without a helmet and riding through an abandoned parking lot without a helmet -- if I'm going out of first gear, I have my helmet!

When drinking, don't drive - call a friend, call a cab, or take a bus. The point being, it is all right to drink; it is not all right to drink and drive, especially on a bike!

There goes the Meet and Greet nights.

How many of you on here had a beer or more when you are at M&G?
Let's be honest and show your hands if you do.

So you never know.
Since it was 2 am, and there were only 3 of them, I just can't see how one would not know the other two had stopped.

Goes back to basic skills, checking the mirror regularly and paying attention. And in this case I can't begin to compare it to a group ride out in the country where you can string out and loose track of people. Still not a good thing since you are supposed to be leading and keeping a pace the group can maintain.

But then again if they were all drunk, then they probably wouldn't notice at all.

Sure it was a fatality? There is nothing on:

Usually they have all fatalities listed.

Police report:

Three motorcycles were traveling east in the 7400 block of the Katy Freeway service road when one motorcycle entered the freeway. The victim of the second motorcycle also attempted to enter the freeway when she struck a curb and went airborne approximately five feet and then landed face down. The driver of the third motorcycle stopped and was later arrested for driving while under the influence. The driver of the motorcycle that entered the freeway never returned to the scene.

So the lead rider gets on the freeway and never notices the other two missing? But I am sure that would be the story they tell.

Right. Worm to the max.

Really wouldn't know unless everyone did a contact check on their girls like Yankee did me yesterday.

He was going down his list of girl riders that he had numbers for making sure it wasn't one of us. WHICH IS SUCH a TOUCHING SENTIMENT, TY YANKEE!!!

Be safe ev1
