Lady Rider Killed; Needs ur Prayers

Just got a call from Yankee & finally found this article in the Chronicle http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/front/5084320.html.

A young lady was killed on her bike, when she hit a curb on I-10 feeder, one rider with her, took off, and another guy rider stayed with her, but went to jail for DUI!!!

Anyone know who these peeps are?

My prayers are being sent for this young lady and her family.

man that sucks...all the more reason to wear a helmet. I get nervous if i dont wear a helmet and i'm just going around the block. How can you feel comfortable going 70+MPH on the freeway with no cranial protection???

Im sure the guy who stayed knew what the consquences were gonna be, but figured she paid the greatest price for their mistake. Hopefully he learned from this.

The rider that left has no heart, and will probably never learn.

You should no better!!!!! Especially watching me go down with no leathers, if it wasn't for my helmet my outcome would have been way way different. Hmmm..:/:
