To Quit or not Quit..

That is the question.. Well i'm working for a company that i can't stand how they talk to me. I don't like their "I'm Attitude and you are nothing" approach. I know my job but i'm not familiar with RV's whatso ever. So i'm new to that aspect. and a little slow considering i have never worked on one nor really stepped inside one. But i accepted the challenge of coming to work here thinking it's something new to learn!!! But yet they have nothing for me to read and expect me to know everything and how it works!!! everything i do is never good enough or not right. So instead of teaching me or helping me understand they just at and throw a hissy fit and do themselves. I can't stand that and i just want to tell them to f' off and leave.

Now i think i have another job lined up but not 100 percent sure yet. I just can't take this chit anymore.... should i just say screw it and quit??? i know being salary in texas you can resign at anytime... should i just do that?

Maybe do some research on your own, to learn more about the job.
Maybe have a meeting with your boss or his boss and discuss your concerns.
Maybe it's not all them, it's possible that you are not bringing to the table some characteristic they need/want. (no offense)

Try to have a positive attitude and remember that communication can make a difference.

On the other hand there are some jerks out there that have a power trip and are hard to get along with, no matter what you do. In that case keep looking for other employment and when you find it... THEN quit.

Man I wish I could hire you, I would suggest just hanging in there as long as U can and if it gets too bad then quit, but its nice being able to do it on your terms, knowing u have something else.

thanks Tim. You are absolutely correct. I'm just tired of it. I have just never quit a place without some kind of notice. but there is only so much a man can take.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-
