Patrick and the boys at Motorcycles Unlimited set mine up for me(and it was awesome). . .Best $25 you'll ever spend on your ride.

On a side note, if you really want some suspension, see if Motorcycles Unlimited can get you some race tech internals for that bad boy. you won't regret it.

You are prolly gonna have to get somebody to look at it (motorcycles unlimited) it aint like someone can just tell you set this like thiat and turn this 3 times.
That said getting your suspension right can make a difference in how your bike feels and handles.

go here to see recommended settings for most sport bikes:

http://www.sportrider.com/bikes/146_...sion_settings/

Sag and ride height should be set with all your gear on, sitting on the bike in riding position, with someone else supporting the bike.

Then set the various knobs at the recommended spots, and go two turns at a time from the base settings, until it works for you (ride test).

Also, once you have sag and damping settings, have someone hold the bars, and step on the peg with your foot. Both ends should go down and back up together.

Or, just take it to Motorcycles Unlimited and get it done!

I would suggest you stop by Motorcycles-Unlimited and have one of the guys work with you on getting your stock suspension tuned for now but, what you are going to find out is that most stock suspensions are sprung for a rider between 140 - 160 lbs. If you want some real buttery suspension you will need to atleast move to some springs suited for your weight.

Like every one has said, just run by Motorcycles Unlimited. I just had them set up the suspension on my new bike yesterday. I am going to have them upgrade my suspension in the near future as well.

It is a night and day difference when you have it setup properly!

Once i get my ZX10R shock and Racetech fork springs, I'm taking it to Motorcycles Unlimited and having them do the work and swap out the fork oil and set it up.
