Well I live on the water. Actually I have water at the front (jones bayou/jones bay/west bay) and at the back (canal for boat access to jones bay). I will be in the mandatory evacuation.

Last time the M coupe went in my dads barn as well as my bike. The 3 series went in a high rise parking garage. House was boarded up and anything that could have become flying debris was hauled inside the garage. Loaded up my moms 5 series and headed to San Antonio. 13 hours later and we were at the JW Mariott Texas Hill Country Resort and Spa. Spent 3 days living in luxury all by default (got everything on seriously short notice albeit at a preposterous price). On the way home had a police escort and made it back in a couple hours doing triple digits most of the way back.

This time pretty much same game plan. With the exception that I will be staying locally in a hotel in the med center area. I'm going to try my best to get the cars/bikes out of here first though instead of waiting until the last minute.

Man, I remember that. HIIIIILarious! Maybe should compromise and make them a little more generic. "My Baby Daddy 1" etc.

My thought was to give them Mexican names since they are coming from the Gulf of MEXICO! But then somebody would try to include the actual hurricanes in the immigration bill. :BangHead:

Gawd illegal hurricanes!

we live in cleveland we just boarded up our windows and hooked up the generator and it was like nothing was going on, and sleeping was great cuz it was so dark with all the windows boarded up. We suffered minor outdoor damage, trees down and stuff blown around but no real bad damage. I wont be leaving and if things get too hairy I will go to my lakehouse in livingston.
