probably just bruised... i've had the same thing in college when i cought a cheerleader wrong and she landed on my chest. it'll hurt for a few days maybe a week.

Okay, that sounds a little bit better. It hurt really bad last night. I couldn't lift my arms up too much because it brought a lot of pressure and pain to the center of my chest.
