I think the kawa dealer on 59 carries Icon gear but I'd buy something else(sidi etc..)

there isn't a kawi dealer on 59 anymore...well, besides mancuso.

honda of houston carries them in stock, as does eximports i think.

but i wouldn't buy them. they offer no more protection than any leather work boot. i'd go with something else for sure.

i think the boots fit his purpose. . .They provide more protection than ordinary work boots due to the heelcup and reinforced sole. these aren't race boots by any means, but they're better than wearing tennis shoes.

well what would you reccomend.. something that i can wear out in public with out being too uncomfortable and that will let me walk around in them with no problems..

something with a thick sole wouldnt be a bad thing since it would give me more footing when sitting at a stoplight or w/e

The Sidi B2 or Vert Air are pretty comfortable, I've got both in stock if you'd like to try them on.
If you'd like something a little shorter, both Alpinestar and Sidi make reasonably protective shorty boots that are way better than Icon imo, and they're around the same price / less expensive.

If you come by we can get you properly sized up for whatever brand you choose, as well as make some recommendations on the boots based on what you're looking for.
Don't forget to ask for your MH Discount!

i just looked at the B2 and vert air boots. im wanting something a bit more casual to wear to school, and a bit shorter. and the price range is anywhere to about 175 tops...
