any Cycle Gear employees here?????

i lost my receipt for my lite-n-boltz and noticed that when i opened the package, one of the red wires is completely removed from the LED light and can not be reattached due to the glue that was suppose to hold them in place and serve as waterproofing them. :BangHead: all i want to do is exchange the for another set but once again, i don't have a receipt. Please help!

Have you tried going down there? I would imagine they could accomoate a direct exchange like that - they should send the product back to the manufacturer so they don't take the hit themselves.

I would imagine it wouldn't be an issue, just return it to the one you bought it at.

I used to work there. Just bring all the items in the package and they will exchange it. If you don't have a receipt, they can look it up in your customer history. Ask for , Brian, or Merill.

's cool. Ask for her.

BTW I have exchanged an item with no receipt and they didn;t even act like it was an issue at all. They had every item I've ever purchased there in the computer. Just go. I'm thinking of getting a set of these to legalize my plate. How much did you pay for them?
