take a piece of meat with a lot of fat, say a briskette, put it in a slow cooker bag and slow cook it on low all day. Season lightly with wtf ever you normally season a steak with and save the juice when it's done. Everyone likes their steak to taste different so everyone seasons differently, but, if you season it the way you like the meat, the juice will turn out the same.

You could also try throwing in a package of brown gravy mix and 1/2 o 1/3 the amount of water that they call for on the package.

Also.. if you were to cut up some red potatoes, onions, bell pepper and.. well, I used to put baby carrots in too but I heard something disturbing about them once and no longer eat them as a food but.. you could throw that in too and have a roast dinner thats easy/fast/good. Be sure to put the vegetables underneath the meat though if you do.

They were used requested to be used in a sexual act. I'm not saying anything else, it was disturbing, I wish they didn't tell me, but they did, so now I'm telling you, you dont want to know. :P
