I had fun watching you back it into T1 - by the last session, you had the turn-in point down pat. I always knew you were coming if I was turned the other way by the little screech your tires would let out.

You had another corner worker a little nervous - he thought you were pushing too hard and losing control when the back would slide. Then again, the same guy panicked and called into control "the guy on the dirt bike is sticking his leg out in the turns".

yep... T1 was my favorite. i was having a blast at the end of the day. there werent many riders on the track by that point, so i figured id get it slidewayz without upsetting anyone. it was good fun ! i dont think many people realize how fun motards can be. you can learn alot of things youd normally be to scared to try on a 600 or bigger. plus if you toss it... no big deal. you just pick it up kickstart it and keep riding. i have crashed one at over 80mph and barely even did any damage at all. as well all know, on a sportbike that would result in costly repairs in the thousands. yes, they arent as cool looking... but they are just as fun. especially when your smokin big bikes on small tracks !

they are a blast ! you should build one. me, my buddy mike ingle & joe prussiano just raced ours at the 85th annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. that was on my things to do before i die list. it was so much fun i plan to go every year from now on ! me and joe raced 12.5 miles up a mtn. with 1500ft. cliffs and no guard rails... it doesnt get any better than that ! anybody interested in doing it next year should check it out... http://www.ppihc.com/

I'm so glad I changed my mind on going now.... Man I haven't seen you in years since you were on your 954. Been out of it for a while. Wondered what you were into now.

Yea I remember when MacMan used to always Tard. I used to never really see the fun in it. took me a while to catch on. Now I see how smart the cross-training is and it really looks like a blast if your on the right tracks. I would love to get into that to cross-train today. , I might like it more.

why would you need permission? the 426 has more than enough juice to make it around that track.
