Exclamation R1/R6 LOADED ON FLAT BED, RIDER IN COP CAR?!?!?!

Comin home on 45 N and saw a r6 or r1 (black) on a flat bed truck on the southbound side of 45 in the Woodlands. The dude was in the back of the cop car. Could had been speeding or warrents, i dont know. Anybody else see this?
