court questions

when you go to court,and the lady who is typing all the exact words said in the court session you were in, from what the judge said you the other party,and the lawyers, so my question is how do i go about getting a copy of the whole court session on paper to see what was said iin court that day?

Contact the Court Reporter for that particular court. They could probably help you get them. Make sure you have the docket number and other info about the trail. And be real nice to them ... always works for me.

usually they give it to you in a CD format that has 4-5 different microphones on it, cause usually it's taped and digitized AND typed ..

Not sur you can, if it is not part of public records, but you can go into the courthouse in question and check under public records and if you have case # or cause # ect... you may be able to find, you might also if you are directly involved be able to retrieve from lawyer of all discovery files.

well i talked to the court reporter, and she said it was not recorded. wtf? i thought they are required to do that. sucks. well lets see what my attorney pulls out of his bbag of tricks.
