Thanks, I have actually been thinking about upping i a bit. I want her to be SET if anything should happen to me. Especially with a hobby like this. And suprisingly it's not as expensive as u think. And it's better to do it when you are young to keep that rate. I have actually thinking about getting some on her too. Not for my benefit but just to keep the cheap rate for her for when she get's older. It's def something to think about.

What are everyones plans for the weekend?

Wuz the hold up then? Ain't nuthin to it but to do it. Start with a small goal ala run 1-2 miles a week and progress from there. It's always good to get a partner if your tryin to "get back into" the game so you have some extra motivation on those down days, once you get a few weeks of cardio, hit the gym n tone...me personally, I just look at the 300, get and that's what keeps me workin' out...:laughing6

I know what I need to do, just don't do it. And my knowlegde of what I should do is my downfall....
I am up to a couple HIIT cardio sessions a week. But I know that's not nearly enough. Haven't hit the wieght since I broke my wrist. And when I'm bored I jump on my mini trampoline. That gets you burning quick! :laughing6
