Track days sound like fun. I was almost thinking there might be a 300 for sale in here really cheap.

Cagers just don't pay attention. A month or so ago a motocop in Missouri City I believe, had his bike parked for a traffic stop with all emergency lights on after sunrise on a 4 lane boulevard. Some dumbass not paying attention punted his bike down the road.

Glad you're ok

It's crazy. I don't like traveling on these smaller busy roads like Mason. Not only are the roads a mess, but you have so much less maneuverability. Riding on them at night is just 10x worse. I think if I hadn't already been far left in my lane to avoid a rough patch in the road, I would have had time to right the bike before it hit the curb. Could have gone the other way though. If I was center or right, I may have been rear ended by a car going at LEAST 30-35mph to my 15mph. I think I made the right choice to bail into the median where I at least landed in grass instead of concrete and traffic, but I believe it was the curb that chewed up my bike so bad. They say hindsight is 20/20, but I like to think it's more 50/50.
