Darwin Award Winner

HOUSTON - A man riding a dirt bike on a dark road was killed after colliding with a Mustang in west Houston Wednesday night.

Witnesses say the man was speeding southbound on Fry Road at around 11 p.m. when he crashed into a Mustang driving northbound at Morton.

Police say the driver in the Mustang did not see the motorcycle when turning into a bank parking lot. The motorcycle ending up slamming into the side of the car.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The victim was not wearing a helmet and was riding the bike illegally and without lights, according to investigators.

The driver in the Mustang was not hurt and will not be charged.

"The victim was not wearing a helmet and was riding the bike illegally and without lights, according to investigators."

At 11pm that sounds like a death wish.

RIP regardless
