I'm looking hard at the 30k or the 10c evo.

I've got the SMH10 and recently used it during three days of riding in Colorado and it worked very well. Communication between riders was very good as was connection to the phone. I took several phone calls at highway speed and people on the other end had no idea I was riding a motorcycle on the highway. The noise reduction for wind and ambient noise is very good.

Oh, the Sena I use has the separate foam earpieces installed inside the helmet. They sit on ear not in.

You can get the mount that allows for ear buds. Much better sound and wind noise reduction.

That's precisely what I do. I can't handle the wind noise, so I need something to deaden it. But I wanted to communicate. The 20S automatically does both--if you plug in headphones it uses those, else it uses the speakers

Appears I have research to do. The Velcro earpieces get irritating trying to keep in the helmet. It was a gift so I never complained.

Some people prefer those. I do not. Apparently Reid agrees.

I use Soundmagic E30s with Comply T500 foam tips. They're cheap and the noise canceling is excellent. If I know I am going on a quick commute, I don't bother with them. For fun rides, always.

I use the JVC marshmallows. The foam tips they use are awesome.

Been using my 10 for almost 3 years now, aaaaaaawesome piece of equipment. Lot of buddies have the 20's... but a lot of them have run into issues, while my 10, and spare/passenger 10 both keep chugging along.

40,000 miles in 3-4 saddles, rockin the Sena the whole time
