i hate niegbors that's why i moved to the country, out there if a neigbor you off you just shoot em and be done with it.j/k but sounds like this lady has too much time on her hands and probably lives real close and calls as soon as she hears it start otherwise you would have the bike put away already before the popo could get there, cuz responce time usually is not that quick for disturbing the peace.
