Akira ... sort of Moto related

Watched this movie again last night ... still rocked. I was 14ish when I first saw this movie and it's what actually got me interested in motorcycles in the first place ... I just liked the different motorcycle designs ... espically Kaneda's.

Anyone else seen this Anima movie before?

I knew someone would post the Whitehouse Akira bike. They made some interesting stuff but they seem to have disappeared off the web.

aaah, the days of the transformers, cassette tapes, atari, the introduction of the microwave oven, acid-washed jeans. when regan was president, george michael was still IN teh closet, ALF was on television. it was a simpler time back then. back when half the members of this board werent even born yet, and their would-be siblings were nothing but stains on their parent's bedsheets/couch/kitchen counter/etc. no global warming, schwarzenegger still had muscle tone and jennifer connelys were still big. im talking about the 80s my friend-when the world was finally over come by japanimation due to the invention and mass distribution of a new home entertainment component called the VCR.

i was actually going somewhere with this, but then i had a brain fart and lost my train of thought.
