Ok on the subject of MSF (is that sport bike specific? ) I have a motorcycle license and have 'had' one since I turned 15 (5 years ago) I know how to handle a bike and I ride very well, I've been riding Harley's since I was a wee-child (i still have mine). This is my second sportbike (other was triumph 955i daytona). I'm just not used to the throttle response and rpm range of sportbikes, so i'm not too interested in getting more power just yet.

I went up to Motorcycles Unlimited this morning and got an oil change, Gloves, and throttlemeister (237$$ great price!).

My chain and sprocket are fubar (need to change soon), needs a tune-up and front brake pads. Then If the problem persists re-map the power commander.

-daniel

p.s. ty for all your guy's help!

MSF is not sportbike specific, and if you had your license since 15, (5yrs ago) you woulda taken the class back then. becuase it's LAW for people under 18 to have taken the class to get a M license. and it was law 5 yrs ago too.

exactly, since 90% of motorcycle fatalities are people who are self-taught or were taught by friend or family ...
