My thoughts were, get oil change, get power commander re-mapped (im runnig rich) and anything left over buy gloves and boots (i have neither)

-daniel
your a new rider, right?

have you taken the MSF?

after you've done that
Gloves
then Boots
then get some miles and a then trackday
also look into buying a steering damper, 929's are prone to headshake, which then goes into a tankslapper.

yes, MSF, gear, and a steering damper...but the steering damper could wait till after a little seat time.

if you need help with an oil change, bring me some oil and a new filter...it's easy on the 929, you don't even have to remove the fairings...and i highly recomend the oil change if you don't know when it was changed last.

or take it to one of our sponsors! i think Pat at Motorcycles Unlimited has some good rates on oil changes...

I say remove the power commander and sell it for more money cuz you really dont need it. Then use the rest to change the oil, coolant, filter and start off on some fresh tires. If any left, get a new chain and sprockets.

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-
