Yup, a whole list of items can fall under "electronic riding aides".

Honestly I'm not to impressed with much coming out today. Its all about anti slip this and anti skid that electronics. I would rather have that part done with the hardware not the software. Put a freakin 90 degree v4 in the darn thing.. Anyway.. I wish I had the funds to be interested in another bike right now.. But in general I think the new bike looks a little better than the 08 model. The suddle diferences are good and I wasn't to fond of the slight diferences they had made to the outgoing model. Looks like there making it look a little more like the moto gp bike... Honda has always felt light because of how steep the rake and trail is on the bike. Has nothing to do with seat position or weight of the bike. Believe me.. My ducati is a lot lighter than my curent honda and stearing feel is a whole lot heavier on the Duc. But the Duc has its forks at not so steep an angle. Anyways. Honda has always been about tweeking what works instead of trying to do a re-invention.. Chasis and suspension in my opinion has always been consistent , and one of the best but not quite the best. Yes I'm taking design not nessesarily components themselves.. Desparetly needs some power though so I guess we will see what happens.

2017 is set to be a superbike shootout year as the WSBK rules for next season will be more strongly based on the road bikes than they have been in a decade.

Let's just wait until a publication does an out of the box superpole.
Would be interesting to also see the SP2 vs. the SP.

Lagavulin and Laphroig are the only whiskys I actually like.

That said...I was hoping Honda would create a "forget you bike." Looks like they didnt. We will wait for the first ride reports.

I'm still eyeballing the R1.
