foward air, make sure you bring tie downs for the front and rear and two padlocks, combination is fine so whoever drops it off can just read you the combination over the phone. you can shove what ever else you need in the crate, helmet, gloves, etc. just make sure you box up the helmet good, styrofoam and such. houseofpain shipped a trackbike up to wi or somewhere for 4-500, don't remember exactly.

ps. i was beginning to wonder where the clayton went, haven't seen him postwhore in a while :laughing6

werd. new job and the new restrictions on the site are depressing so i dont get on much, pretty much ride with the same peeps all the time and everytime there is a southside ride 4 or 5 peeps call me anyway so no need to even look at the events section :laughing6

I work for a large logistics company in Houston and we ship for Harley. The prices people on here are quoting you probably do not take into account where in Wyoming you are located. If they don't have a station in that area, you might as well throw a few hundred more in there for delivery (unless you pick up), and the price will also vary month to month due to fuel costs (19% seems to be the industry average this month). Shop around and find a good place to ship your bike.

I guess "fun" is all about perspective.
Make memories. Take a camera and a sense of adventure. Gas card, cash for tolls/food, and a good set of maps. One change of real clothes, a few sets of UA as a base layer, and mesh gear. Camelbak. Current insurance, inspection, and registration.

Sounds like a vacation to me if I had any time off left at work.

So hey - what kind of bike is it? How many miles one way? You've got me curious.
