I'm considering doing it in L3 and taking the ARC class. Hopefully a few expert guys can shave off a few seconds before race weekend.

Is the only pre requisite for ARC that you've done the ERC?

ERC? Not sure what that is... For ARC, you should at least be at the transition point between L2 and L3 looking to make the jump to the big boys.

Experienced Riders Course

From my understanding there are 3 courses, Basic, Experienced and Advanced. The experienced course is just an extension of the basic.

I gotcha though, what kind of bike do you ride?

That's MSF material. ARC is not on that curriculum. Completely seperate actually. This is a track only course for those that intend on going racing or at least race pace.

I race a 2009 R1.

I'll bring my skills back for a Morgstang Brenham ride, hopefully we'll be in the 70's or 80's by then

Registered for Level 1. My only motivation for this is so that I can keep up with the gixxer boys up front on Morgstang's ride

P.S. I'm also down to share cost for shade

If you want shade/power, go to motorsportreg.com and reserve it.

How many can fit in a canopy? I'm not gonna do one by myself because last time I spent most of the time not on the track in the classroom so the shade is mostly so my bike and lunch don't melt lol

I have comfortably fit three bikes and riders. I don't see why 4 or 5 should be a problem. The only real issue is power. Some people try to fit too many bikes with all of them on warmers. It overloads the circuits and trips the breakers.

For those looking to reserve spots: the odd number spots face towards pit in/out. The bigger the number, the closer it is to the classroom.

So you're saying 21, 19, 17 and so on are good spots. I'll be reserving #21 then :P. We'll have 2 in the canopy so we have 2 spots open. Rccarlson22, you're welcome to join us

Edit: #21 already taken. Got #19
