Oil Change, New Tire Install & Inspection

Can anyone give me the name of a reputable shop that would be able to mount a new rear tire that I own, change my oil, and inspect my bike? I would love to find a place as close to Clearlake as possible but also be trustworthy and reasonably priced. I am hoping that there exists such a place so that it can become my consistent location for maintanence.
Thanks,
Bob

Bob,
I'm nowhere near Clearlake, but I have many people who seem to not mind the drive so our shop can take care of them.

We do an oil change and 23 point inspection, including lubing and adjusting the chain, inspecting brakes and fluids, adjusting clutch and throttle freeplay, checking charging system etc. for $42.50. We also have VERY competitive prices on tires and can mount and balance then for you.

Dude ... I ride 90 miles round trip (I live in Friendswood) just to see Patrick and his crew ... it's worth it trust me. The mechanical worthiness of your bike is not something to skimp on or take lightly ... just like gear.

If you want to do a smallish group ride out there ... there are those of us down here that do do that on occasion.

There's only one shop I know of here in Clear Lake, and I have mixed emotions about them,

I wouldn't risk it like Tango said 'regret is expensive' ...

I go to the local shop (for knowledge, when i have questions) i've never purchased anything from them or paid for their services .....

I'd rather ride it the 100 miles round trip and have Motorcycles Unlimited do it , especially with that oil change price, can never beat that !
