Texans battle Cowboys in final preseason game

It's time for the preseason to come to a close for the Houston Texans, so a trip to AT&T Stadium Thursday night to take on the Cowboys is all that's left.

Both teams will be resting most of their starters, and that includes their respective starting quarterbacks.

For Houston, that's Brock Osweiler, who's made steady improvement over his his three preseason games.

For the Cowboys, it's Dak Prescott, who rapidly went from a rookie hoping to earn a spot on the team to the opening game starter due to a rash of teammate injuries and his own stellar play.

Many fans made the trip to Arlington for the game, including the Travelling Texans, who had a strong contingent meeting up before the game to try to bring a bunch of battle red inside the Cowboys home.

We ran into a couple, Paul and Angel, who are from Midland, but are a house divided, with Paul as the Texans fan and Angel as the Cowboys supporter.

They each said the rivalry has always been fun for them, and that preseason or not, the outcome matters to them.
