COTA vid my 84 RZ500 with Pannigale in tow

Was a blast as usual at COTA. Thanks Ride Smart and all the instructors. Especially Paw Paw and Tony for keeping me going forward. Wish I could of synced cameras but battery went dead on front one. Wish the better camera was on back. Sorry for oil spot on lens.

It was a blast as usual. I had no idea the Ducati was behind me. Paw Paw got an inside pass on me while playing but was fine because i kept it together. I have to thank Kris Lillegard for helping me get off the bike more to stop hitting hard parts I could have made that turn after re passing the Ducati at 12 a lap earlier but I was getting tired. Took me till Wednesday to start walking. Need to work on relaxing my arms and elbows so I can get my neck comfortable. Next time I think 2A and hopefully be able to have a little more room to get comfortable at a faster pace.

Had a guy came over to my trailer on Friday from California that use to work for Red Bull Yamaha on YZR 500s and we had a long talk. He loved what I did with the bike. He was hired by a couple guys from California to help set up bikes. He even flew his mate in from New Zealand to help. great guys. They were in Garage 29 and had a trailer with Gary McCoy on it. The bikes were teal blue and one guy had matching leathers to the bike. he is fabricating swingarms for RZ350s which one is sitting in my shop.
