next time send me a PM instead of trying to call someone out. heres a quote and its nothing personal against anyone, but Tango is doing it on his own, so he can call it whatever he wants and he can be responsible for it.

Now... before you think I am attacking you, I could just call it MH M&G, but other than posting it here I have received no support from MH in the way of giveaways or financial support. So, I am doing this for the greater good of the sport and no other reason.

MH gives us a place to meet and set things up and talk smack, but doesn't sponsor any of those GTG, or Tango's.

We have an annual MH BBQ if you want something the website puts on.. it was a good time at MSRH for those that missed it.

There is also somewhat of a liability issue... so just get on with da bidness and chill!

And thanks to Tango for all the effort on putting these together, it ain't easy.
^^^ well said and thats the reason i said that it wasnt a official MH meet. you can post threads like this in the feedback forum and try to avoid the drama bait.

It just cracks me up.

Someone goes out of their way to hook something up for us MH riders, and I say that since we are all coming on this board looking for something, right?

If you have ever tried to set a meet up, even a simple ride to the country, then YOU know how much of a pain it is.

So anyhow, someone (for instance, Tango), goes to the trouble of getting with a business manager at a nice spot like Hooters, and tries to make sure we have a place to park and sit, and even gets Motorcycles Unlimited to kick in some freebies. That is above and beyond the call, thanks much!

But of course, can't please the public, all the time (for reference, see George Bush's ratings :laughing6 ), and we get the "it's too far", "wrong night", "ugly waitress" (WTF excuse me?)... and even "Tango shouldn't take credit for it and put his name on it"... :confused2

Whatever!!

If you don't like the time/venue/organizer/weather/politics/global warming, so be it! Don't go!

Miss out on a fun time, meeting people you know only by their screen names,

and above all a CHANCE TO RIDE YOUR MF'ING BIKE! :icon_bigg

And.. and this is for all you out there cussing me right now...

Please step up and get something like this going in your neck of the woods, and let us all know! That way you can see just what it feels like to go thru all the hassle and time, and receive the ""

Later!!!

werd. when i setup the Koskesh ride it was official and made sure all the riders knew the rules and it was "ok'd" by the owner to use his name.

if something happens at these meets, people will come on here and lay blame on MH for not having rules, enough security, or irresponsible riders. remember what happened after the ride on thursday when some riders crashed? now its a homicide case through HPD and a bike is being reported as missing through HPD and the news. they have detectives questioning people at these meets too.

tango sets it up himself and he should be credited. MH isnt a money make where we have $$$ laying around to give away stuff but just the ability for others to use the board to set up meets. SO LEAVE IT AT THAT AND SUPPORT THOSE WHO SET UP THESE MEETS. DONT TAKE IT PERSONAL!!!!
