If you're going to play in Texas, ya gotta have a fiddle in the band. That lead guitar is hot, etc. etc. etc.

For those wanting to ride a faster pace on hwy 3090 we will split into 2 groups...we will ride to Yankees but we arent going to stop...we will turn around there and ride 3090 back to Navasota and all meet back up at the Shell Convenience store that we originally split up...

Jimrad will probably lead the fast group...i will lead the second
Make sure you choose the right group...jimrad is a great rider and it will be a fast pace...dont let us find you in a ditch cause you thought your faster than you really are...

I personally think that anyone going on these rides should watch "Twist of the Wrist 2" by Keith Code. He literally wrote the book on performance motorcycle riding. The information you will learn will not only keep you out of the ditches but could save your life. It's better to know now and practice then go on one of these spirited, or possibly even the slower paced rides, then it is to not know and learn after the fact. I say this because I'd hate to see any rider go down and I've already seen 2 or 3 since I've gone on these rides.

Especially riding hwy 3090 if you havent before...i will take it easy with the group i lead...im sure there will be quite a few who havent ridden it...i just hope Jimrads fast group doesnt get riders that shouldnt be there...my pace should be fine for most...

I'll lead the "fast" group. I won't be doing anything too crazy...just the usual easy in the straights...smooth and faster in the corners.

Aight...so...since I'm coming from Bryan, mind if I skip going all the way to Bucee's just to come right back to 3090? Any way you peeps can pick me up at the McDonald's in Navasota (105 and Hwy 6)? That's right before 3090 coming from Bucee's. I'll be ready to go.
