Teaching my gf ride this weekend

As the title says, I am planning to teach my gf to ride a mini dirt bike this weekend. I'm looking for a big open off-road area near Houston that I can take her. The only place I know is SHNF, but I don't know if there is a good place to learn there, I was just planning to use the roads. Any suggestions?

SHNF OHV trails are closed so Id assume their parking areas are too....I wouldn't want to be caught there with a dirtbike because the Rangers will probably ticket you....

I was going to say try going to Rio Bravo Motocross track and just teach her around the open areas there but the weekends have a lot of bike traffic and it might not be that safe. Also check the weather before you head out as today we will see some isolated thunderstorms but tomorrow its gonna flood
