1-pc Suits Question?

Looking to buy a 1-pc suit in the next couple of weeks, want something light and flexible but also with a good amount of protection. Could someone comment on their experience with different suits...durability..etc. Brand names and specific types would help. Looking to spend between 800-1200 bucks.

MotoGP 1-pc suits, are they too light in protection.

Re: 1-pc Suits Question?

Go by Motorcycles Unlimited and try on some of the suits they are getting rid of from track leather rentals. The Tecknic suits they are selling are extremely nice. Tecknic Lightning is what I wear at the track and it is great. You will probably want a fully perforated suit as well.

Re: 1-pc Suits Question?

www.racingleather.com , barnacle bill, he made my suit, custom to ME. $1000. i researched quite a bit over the i-net, and among racers either Vansons (www.vansonleathers.com) $1200-1400 or BB was recommended.\

for that kinda $, get a custom suit.....

Re: 1-pc Suits Question?

like Moody said, I think you should go see Patrick @ M.U. and try the tecknic I have hear nothing but good reviews about the tecknic. but you may want to look in to the SPIDI R2 I have one and I really like it, patrick cut me a good price on it and one more thing when you order a suit from patrick you can pretty much know you are getting the right fit for you becouse they will take all the right measurements for you.
