Hooters wrap up.

I had a GREAT time tonight out at Hooters. at last count 73 people showed.
We took over most of the restaurant and bikes were double parked outside.

It was great putting faces to names. Met a bunch of cool new people and saw a bunch more I already knew.

I had given the prize certs to David aka Tango. Although he had not done the drawing before I left, he mentioned that if he didn't do it tonight, he'd announce the winners tomorrow.

Up for grabs is a free oil change and 23 point inspection, and a free pair of Alpinestar Alloy gloves in the size of your choice.

While I'm at it, mad props to David for setting this up, and to Randall with Hooters for hosting the gig.

The service was great, they had a huge area blocked off for the bikes to park, and had a bunch of tables already reserved for us when we got there. (although I think they weren't expecting the massive turnout we had)

Once again, we had a blast! If you didn't make this one, try to come out next week.

See ya!

None, everyone was very well behaved, other than some asshat on a ZX9 wearing shorts that wheelied as he flew by Hooters on 1960. However, he wasn't part of our group.

I know a lot of the Pct. 4 guys in the area, and if this becomes a regular thing, most of them will leave us be, as long as we don't act the fool.

Hope you can make the next one!

Get some bodies out earlier and commandeer some.. all in all, I think headcount was a 'tad' more than they anticipated. :-)

Glad to have met the folx I did, sorry I didn't meet more...I'm working on getting rid of that anti-social recluse thing... and darnit, for some reason I imagined you with hair patrick. :-)

Those of ya'll that are on the ride right now, becareful and everyone come back in one piece.

I believe we are looking at making this a weekly thing. Today was the first MH event at this Hooters, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

We had riders show up from all over Houston... and I believe that some even came from your area. Plus, we have other "meets and greets" down on the southside, too!

had a good time....although we were the first few people to get there, and others who arrived WAY later than us got their food first. (we only ordered 20 wings and some fries). no apology or anything, and gave us an attitude when we asked why everyone else got their food first.
